We are delighted to announce EAVE has been given up to 15 fully funded spaces on a familiarisation trip to Spain, including attending the annual Shooting Locations Marketplace.
The event starts with the SLM, to be held in Valladolid, on October 14th and 15th, 2026. On the 17th, you will then leave Valladolid and head to the assigned fam trip. The group will split into smaller groups, since you will be visiting several areas not only in Spain but also in other international territories.
The main requirement is to be a producer with a project in development, interested in learning about friendly filming destinations based on the need of locations for upcoming projects.
Below is the full offering from Shooting Locations Marketplace:
- Return flight tickets from the city of origin to Madrid. Major airports. Date of departure: October 13th.
- Transfers from the airport in Madrid to Valladolid
- 3 nights’ accommodation in a 4/5* hotel in Valladolid. October 13th, 14th and 15th.
- Pre-scheduled meetings with international Film Commissions, Film Studios and Service production companies, based on common interests. Access to the B2B matchmaking venue on October 14th and 15th.
- Meals included on October 14th and 15th
- City tour and tapas night in Valladolid on October 13th. Welcome cocktail on October 14th.
- Post Fam trip all included- Dates and itinerary to be confirmed in July/ August.
