Special Offer: Asian Project Market | Busan International Film Festival
Special for EAVE members
Are you interested in EXPLORING THE ASIAN MARKET?
We are happy to announce that thanks to the partnership between Asian Contents & Film Market, EAVE Ties That Bind and European Film Promotion, 3 European Producers will be invited to join the 29th Asian Project Market & Producer Hub in the framework of the Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) of the Busan International Film Festival.
The invitations will be granted only to delegates looking to contribute to the selected projects of Asian Project Market (APM) & Producer Hub. These participants should be looking for new Asian film projects to co-produce or co-finance and should not mainly aim to present their own projects in Busan.
Each producer will be able to scout the best new Asian projects in development at the APM, and have the opportunity to network with international producers from all over the world. The invitation covers 4 hotel nights (October 10-13) supported by the Asian Project Market & Producer Hub.
The Asian Project Market (APM) is a co-production platform that offers filmmakers of official APM projects the opportunity to meet international leading film professionals, including financiers, co-producers, or sales agents. In 2025, 30 projects were presented in more than 739 scheduled meetings. For your information, please find more information about the completed projects this year. [See the completed projects]
Launched as a vital initiative within the market, the Producer Hub is a dedicated platform designed to empower current and inspiring producers. It features specialised seminars, deep market insights, and exclusive networking events tailored to foster international co-productions and global collaborations among film professionals. The registration for Producer Hub will be open from 7 July to 31 August. [See the previous events]
Established in 2006, Asian Contents & Film Market (October 10 – 13) serves as a total film market covering all stages of the film industry from pre-production to film sales. Since 2022, ACFM has presented Busan Story Market as a marketplace for film and audiovisual adaptation of original IP ranging from literary books to webtoons, web novels, story, and more. This year, Busan Story Market will introduce original IPs as an official selection with powerful Korean and Asian IP holders.
In addition, InnoAsia, which brings together cutting-edge technology and storytelling to open new horizons for the Asian content business, and Doc Square, a new networking platform for Asian documentary creators, were also launched last year to further foster exchange and collaboration.
If you are interested, please send your CV and APM application form with the goal & purpose of your attendance in APM and Busan in the attachment to apmguest@acfm.kr before August 7th.
