EAVE project TONIC IMMOBILITY supported by Screen Flanders

Eurimages has distributed 4.48 million Euros to 16 European co-productions. Among them are nine projects by EAVE graduates:
- CARRÉ 35 by Éric Caravaca, producer: EAVE graduate Nicole Gerhardts
- CHILDREN OF THE NIGHT by Andrea De Sica, co-producer: Interchange graduate Marta Donzelli
- FOAM AT THE MOUTH by Janis Nords, producers B'EST graduate Alise Gelze and EAVE graduate and Latvian National Coordinator Aija Berzina
- FREEDOM OR DIE by Vladimir Blazevski, producer: EAVE graduate Darko Popov
- MAAN LAKI (LAW OF THE LAND) by Jussi Hiltunen, producer: EAVE graduate Kaarle Aho
- MEINE GLÜCKLICHE FAMILIE by Simon Groß, Nana Ekvtimishvili, producer: EAVE Marketing Workshop graduate Jonas Katzenstein
- THE FAITHFUL (LE FIDÈLE) by Michael R. Roskam, producer: EAVE graduate Peter Bouckaert
- THELEMA by Joachim Trier, producer: EAVE graduate Katrin Pors
- THE PRINCE AND THE DYBBUK by Elwira Niewiera, Piotr Rosolowski, co-producer: EAVE graduate Ann-Carolin Renninger
- ZAGROS by Sahim Omar Kalifa, co-producer: EAVE graduate Marleen Slot
- DEFENDER OF THE FAITH by Christoph Röhl, producer: EAVE graduate Martin Heisler receives funding by the German-Italian Co-development Fund (DICF). FFA and MiBACT are supporting seven film projects in the framework of this scheme.
- HOGAR by Maura Delpero, co-producer: Interchange graduate Marta Donzelli is being supported by the South Tyrol BLS - Film Fund & Commission as part of the first call in 2016. Production Companies are the Italian Vivo Film, the Argentinian El Campo Cine. Maura Delpero tells the story of two teen girls who live with their chirlden in Hogar, an Italian home for muslim teenage-mothers in Buenos Aires.
Screen Flanders supports three projects by EAVE graduates:
- EAVE project TONIC IMMOBILITY by Nathalie Teirlinck, producer: EAVE graduate Xavier Rombaut, co-producers: EAVE graduates Peter Bouckaert and Sander Verdonck
- IRON SKY: THE COMING RACE by Timo Vuorensola, produces: EAVE graduates Oliver Damian and Peter de Maegd
- ZAGROS by Sahim Omar Kalifa, co-producer: EAVE graduate Marleen Slot
- LUXEMBOURG by Myroslav Slaboshpytskiy, producer: EAVE graduate Anna Katchko is now fully funded, after it won the Sundance Institute Global Filmmaking Award and the ARTE International Prize in 2015, and participated in the 2015 Rotterdam-Berlinale Express initiative, CineMart and the Berlinale Co-Production Market. LUXEMBOURG is being produced by Garmata Film for Ukraine and German outfit Tandem Production; it is being co-produced by Virginie Devesa for France’s Alpha Violet Production, and by Norwegian company DuoFilm, with Ingrid Hogtun, Linda Bolstad and Marie Fuglestein acting as co-producers. The movie is being funded by the Ukrainian State Film Agency, the Hubert Bals Development Fund and HBF+Europe, the CNC’s world cinema support and Norway’s Sørfund.
