EAVE Producers Workshop 2026: The next cohort of EAVE Producers start their one-year training journey in Luxembourg!

In partnership with Film Fund Luxembourg and supported by Creative Europe, EAVE welcomes 56 producers and industry professionals from 35 countries to participate in this year’s programme.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to develop the 29 selected documentary, feature film and series projects under the professional guidance of the EAVE pedagogical team, as well as to focus on their careers, company structures and entrepreneurial skills over one year.

This workshop takes place from March 6–13, 2026 at the Légère Hotel Luxembourg and is the starting point of a transformative training journey spanning over 3 residential workshops. Workshop 2 will take place in Bolzano (Italy) in June and Workshop 3 in Cardiff (Wales) in October-November.

In addition to group work, individual mentoring and consultancy, a rich variety of plenary sessions during this workshop week will include topics such as:

  • Script, series and documentary development
  • The producer’s role
  • Thinking audience & marketing tools
  • Legal aspects in development
  • TV series and documentary production
  • Film & co-production financing
  • Company management tools
  • Pitching
  • AI toolbox for producers
  • Narrative Positioning
  • Career Planning

Guidance from top-notch Industry Leaders

The participants’ journey this year will be led by EAVE Head of Studies Lise Lense-Møller (Magic Hour Films, Denmark) as well as the four group leaders, Didar Domehri (Maneki Films, France), Ankica Jurić Tilić (Kinorama, Croatia), Oliver Neumann (FreibeuterFilm, Austria) and Joanna Szymanska (Shipsboy, Poland), who are joined by top notch EAVE industry experts in different areas.

The EAVE ‘marketing incubator programme’

EAVE marketing consultants Sarah Calderon and Raquel Cabrera will run a special ‘marketing incubator programme’ in the groups and over the whole year, offering an intense PMD marketing training in cooperation with the EAVE Marketing Workshop.

Synergies shared with the Luxembourg City Film Festival

The EAVE Producers Workshop takes place during the Luxembourg City Film Festival (March 5 – 15), the Grand Duchy’s largest annual film event.

A special event has been organised in partnership with the Festival, in collaboration with the Centre National de l’Audiovisuel, and with the valued support of the Film Fund Luxembourg and Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Luxembourg.

RETHINKING FESTIVAL AND RELEASE STRATEGIES: ADAPTING FILM RELEASES TO A CHANGING ECOSYSTEM, a conference on March 7th, is open to the public with registrations, and it features among the speakers:

  • EAVE graduate and group leader Didar Domehri (MANEKI FILMS, France)
  • EAVE graduate Vincent Quenault (Red Lion, Luxembourg)

The conference will be followed by a private event at MUDAM to bring together festival guest, Luxembourgish film professionals and the EAVE cohort.

Green Business Event

We are happy to announce that the EAVE Producers Workshop 2026 has been certified with the Green Business Events logo for its environmentally friendly organisation. The logo is assigned by the General Directorate for Tourism of the Ministry of the Economy to events that respect certain eco-friendly criteria.

Donate to the EAVE Alan Fountain International Scholarship Fund

A scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of Alan Fountain, former Head of Studies and President of EAVE, who passed away in 2016. Its goal is to enable one producer from outside the EU to participate in all three sessions of the EAVE Producers Workshop each year.
