Producers in Workshop 1, 2 & 3

Registration: 100 €

Producers Workshop membership fee: 3,000 €

Conference fee per workshop (incl. accommodation and full board, excluding travel): 1,700 €

Project Writers in Workshops 1 & 2

Associate fee of 600 € per workshop

Conference fee per workshop (incl. accommodation and full board, excluding travel): 1,700 €
 
Graduates of the EAVE Marketing Workshop and/or EAVE+ programme(s) benefit from a reduced Producers Workshop membership fee of 2,700€

EAVE SCHOLARSHIPS 

EAVE is committed to equal opportunities for all and strongly encourages applications from qualified European and international candidates from diverse backgrounds and across all abilities. A specific scholarship for European residents and citizens who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour will be available.

EAVE allocates scholarships also for approximately 8 participants from LCC countries (For applicants from the LCC group B countries, as defined by Creative Europe: Bulgaria; Cyprus; Hungary; Latvia; Lithuania; Luxembourg; Malta; Slovakia; Slovenia, and the following third countries,subject to the conditions being fulfilled for their participation in the MEDIA call: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia and Ukraine). We encourage participants to apply for financial support with their national/regional funding bodies first. These scholarships will cover either the membership fee and/or one of the conference fees.

ERIAC - EUROPEAN ROMA INSTITUTE FOR ARTS AND CULTURE

Thanks to our collaboration with ERIAC, EAVE will grant a scholarship for one Roma participant. Please indicate in your scholarship motivation letter if you wish to be considered for this scholarship.

CENTRE NATIONAL DU CINÉMA ET DE L’IMAGE ANIMÉE (TBC)

The French CNC supports the participation of three producers from countries outside of Europe with a partial scholarships covering the membership fee and/or part of the conference fees. The countries eligible include all countries in AfricaLatin Americathe Near and Middle East (except Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates), and Asia (except Korea, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan), along with the following Central Asian and European countries: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

MDM GRANTS

The regional fund Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung generously sponsors scholarships to 2 producers (TBC) from Central and Southeast Europe. Application for these scholarships which cover the participation fee and/or part of the conference fees (TBC) is open to producers applying with project from Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Serbia, Ukraine and Belarus.

PROJETO PARADISO

Projeto Paradiso will offer a scholarship for one Brazilian participant for the EAVE Producers Workshop. The scholarship will cover the producer’s membership fee for the workshop, one of the conference fees and 1 air ticket (up to U$1000).

FILM FUND LUXEMBOURG

Thanks to a special partnership with Film Fund Luxembourg, one full scholarship is offered for the EAVE Producers Workshop 2025 to one producer from French-speaking Africa* or Haiti, to be selected by EAVE.

*Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Cape Verde, Congo (DRC), Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Gabon, Guinea, Comoros, Mauritius, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Central African Republic, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Chad, Togo and Haïti.

Thanks to this partnership, EAVE is able to offer a membership fee scholarship to Luxembourgish participants at the EAVE Producers Workshop.

FVG AUDIOVISUAL FUND

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Audiovisual Fund offers one scholarship for one producer with or without a project for the EAVE Producers Workshop, selected by EAVE at the WHEN EAST MEEST WEST co-production market.

TELEFILM CANADA

Telefilm Canada will offer a scholarship for two Canadian participants of the EAVE Producers Workshop. The scholarship will cover the producer’s membership fee for the workshop. Participants are invited to apply for a grant to cover the travel costs for all 3 workshops.

SODEC

SODEC will offer a scholarship for one participant from Quebec to attend the EAVE Producers Workshop.

DOHA FILM INSTITUTE

EAVE is partner of the Doha Film Institute and offers a joint scholarship covering the membership fee at EAVE Producers Workshop 2025 for a participant selected at the DFI Producers Lab 2024.

IDM FILM & MUSIC COMMISSION SÜDTIROL

IDM Film & Music Commission Südtirol will grant a scholarship to one participant from the Italian region of Alto Adige.

FILM CENTRE OF MONTENEGRO

The Film Centre of Montenegro will grant one full scholarship to one participant from Montenegro.

DOROTHY VILJOEN – PACT SCHOLARSHIP 

The Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television offers a scholarship for 1 UK participant per year for the EAVE Producers Workshop in the name and memory of Dorothy Viljoen. The scholarship will cover the membership fee for the workshop.

INDIGENOUS SCREEN OFFICE

The Indigenous Screen Office is proud to offer a full scholarship for one Canadian Indigenous participant. This scholarship is designed to remove financial barriers and empower an emerging or established Indigenous producer to further develop their skills and projects on an international stage.

The scholarship comprehensively covers the membership fee and all conference fees of the producer (as well as the associate fee and all conference fees of the accompanying writer, if applicable). In addition, the producer (and writer, if applicable) can apply for travel support at the Indigenous Screen Office.

This scholarship is open to Canadian Indigenous producers who are actively developing screen-based projects and are committed to advancing their careers within the international production landscape. We encourage applications from individuals who demonstrate a strong vision, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to leverage this opportunity for significant professional growth.

KOSOVO CINEMATOGRAPHY CENTER (TBC)

Thanks to Kosovo Cinematography Center, one participant from Kosovo will be granted a scholarship in case of selection.

Donate to the EAVE Alan Fountain International Scholarship Fund

A scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of Alan Fountain, former Head of Studies and President of EAVE, who passed away in 2016. Its goal is to enable one producer from outside the EU to participate in all three sessions of the EAVE Producers Workshop each year.
