Details of fees and scholarships for the EAVE Marketing Workshop 2017
Participation Fees
- Full fee/first applicant EUR 1.400,-
- The full fee is lowered for graduates of the Film Finance Forum, EAVE Producers Workshop and EAVE+ / Members of the EAVE partners Europa International and Europa Distribution / Producers who have attended with a project the EAVE partner event Financing Forum for Kids Content EUR 1.000
These amounts include accommodation at the workshop hotel & full board subsistence (on a maximum 4-day basis; excluding dinner during the one free evening of the workshop) and administrative and management costs. Travel arrangements have to be made and paid for by the participants.
The participation fee is payable after successful selection, immediately upon receipt of an invoice issued by EAVE and in any case before the first day of the event. This document is not contractual.
Scholarships
EAVE grants some scholarships to candidates from the 13 ‘new’ EU member states (Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Cyprus, Malta, Croatia) and to participants from European and non-European countries with no support mechanisms. We encourage participants to apply for financial support with their national/regional funding bodies first.
