An intense and compact workshop on strategic company planning and how to build a successful company slate, together with business-to-business exchanges with key players from different industry sectors, offered by EAVE and When East Meets West.

In Trieste, January 21 – 24, 2024

This innovative programme, presented by EAVE and the When East Meets West co-production platform in Trieste, combines the EAVE group work method with a series of plenary sessions and individual consultancies focusing on strategic company planning, potential risk evaluation and company diversification.

EAVE SLATE will select up to 8-12 companies that are developing a slate of audiovisual works. The main objective is to define realistic short-, medium- and long-term strategies for the selected companies and explain how to select the right projects for inclusion in the company slates.

The next edition of EAVE SLATE will take place in Trieste in January 2024, during the event When East Meets West.

The call for applications for EAVE Slate 2024 is now open!

EAVE SLATE is organised in partnership with When East Meets West, the co-production platform of Trieste Film Festival.
EAVE is funded by the Creative Europe - MEDIA sub-programme of the European Union, and supported by Film Fund Luxembourg.
