The Second Edition of the Online Workshop “EAVE AI Skills Booster” is Starting Soon!

press release

After the great success of last year’s first edition, we are excited to announce the second edition of EAVE’s online workshop “AI Skills Booster”, taking place October 7 – 9, 2025.

This three half-day workshop is designed to give a yearly update for audiovisual producers and film professionals who want to strengthen their understanding and practical skills in artificial intelligence and its use across the audiovisual value chain.

The module, moderated and devised by Petri Kemppinen of Good Hand Production (Finland), together with international speakers, offers participants a hands-on and up-to-date overview of the latest AI tools and applications available for AV producers and professionals.

From script development and production to post-production, marketing, and legal aspects, participants will explore the following topics:

  • AI in Script Development – Try out practical methods to use AI tools in idea generation and screenwriting – by Katri Manninen, Screenwriter, Finland
  • AI for Video Production – See how generative AI can support filmmaking, from prompting and tool selection to new creative workflows – by Simonas Mozūra, Kopa Films, Lithuania
  • AI in Post-Production and Workflow Efficiency – Discover how AI tools can improve visual effects, editing, and sound while saving time and boosting creativity – by Nuno Bernardo, CEO, beActive Entertainment, Portugal
  • Film Marketing and AI – Learn new ways to design marketing campaigns using AI, including how to manage bias, data protection, and ethical concerns – by Nicolò Gallio, Marketing Strategist & Audience Designer, Italy
  • Legal and Regulatory Frameworks – Understand the key international and EU regulations related to AI in film and TV production – by Katrine Schlüter-Schierbeck, The Law Factory, Denmark
  • Ethical and Practical Questions – Discuss what it really means to use AI in everyday work — the challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities that come with it – by Joanna Szymanska, CEO and producer at Shipsboy, Poland

The workshop includes practical exercises, live demonstrations, and interactive discussion, giving participants the chance to explore the presented tools in real time.

It is open to both beginners and professionals already working with AI.
