  • ROTZBUB by Marcus H. Rosenmüller und Santiago López Jover, producers: EAVE graduate Josef Aichholzer received the VAM Prize for Outstanding Production Services

  • VICTIM by Michal Blasko, producers: Jakub Viktorin and Pavla Janouskova Kubeckova, co-producer: EAVE graduate Saar Yogev won Best Film at the Slovak Film and Television Academy’s Sun in a Net awards ceremony.

  • MATTER OUT OF PLACE by Nikolaus Geyrhalter, producer: EAVE graduate and group leader Michael Kitzberger won the Regional Competition of the ZagrebDox International Documentary Film Festival. 
  • ALIS by Clare Weiskopf and Nicolas van Hemelryck, producer: EAVE and PUENTES graduate Nicolas van Hemelryck received a Special Mention in the International Competition.

  • APOLONIA, APOLONIA by Lea Glob, co-producer: EAVE graduate Malgorzata Staron won Best Film in the International Competition of the One World International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival.
  • THE KILLING OF A JOURNALIST by Matt Sarnecki, producer: EAVE graduate Signe Byrge Sørensen won the Audience Award.

 Romanian Gopo Awards

  • MEN OF DEEDS by Paul Negoescu, producer: EAVE graduate Anamaria Antoci was the grand winner at the 17th edition of The Gopo Awards.  It took home six awards: Best Film, Best Director and Best Lead Performance, Best Screenplay, Best Editing and Best Actor in a Supporting Role.
  • MAN AND DOG by Stefan Constantinescu, producer: EAVE graduate and Romanian National Coordinator Ada Solomon, EAVE graduate Diana Paroiu, co-producer: EAVE graduate Nina Frese received Best Supporting Actress
  • THE ISLAND directed and produced by EAVE graduate Anca Damian received Best Score
  • IMMACULATE by Monica Stan, George Chiper-Lillemark, producer: EAVE graduate Marcin Lazar received Best First Feature Film
  • OCCASIONAL SPIES by Oana Giurgiu, producer: EAVE graduate Tudor Giurgiu received Best Documentary.

Donate to the EAVE Alan Fountain International Scholarship Fund

A scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of Alan Fountain, former Head of Studies and President of EAVE, who passed away in 2016. Its goal is to enable one producer from outside the EU to participate in all three sessions of the EAVE Producers Workshop each year.
