 The World Cinema Fund (WCF) jury has made their selection out of 203 submissions from a total of 51 countries and awarded production funds totalling 416,000 €. Five of the selected films are produced by EAVE graduates.

Wallimage supports the filming of LES CHATELAINS, the first feature film by director Véro Cratzborn, which is due to be filmed from September to October in Belgium and the North of France. The film is being produced by EAVE graduate Isabelle Truc for Iota Production and stars the French actress Ludivine Sagnier.

The Swedish Film Institute has given €2.8 million to 12 new feature, documentary and short film projects. Among the features are:

JESSICA by Ninja Thyberg, co-producer: EAVE graduate Léontine Petit is in pre-production. The film received support by the Nordisk Film & TV Fond and is produced by Plattform Produktion (Sweden) with Lemming Film (Netherlands), and Logical Pictures (France), in association with Film i Väst. It has also received support from the Swedish Film Institute and the Netherlands Film Production Incentive fund.
