Dear EAVE Yogis!
I wish to offer you one week of FREE YOGA classes in the LAST WEEK of February!
We will focus on practising gentle yoga and breathing exercises – pranayama.
It’s challenging times for all of us and I wish to share with you how to recharge your body by doing simple asanas to release the tension in your back and neck, especially after all hours on zoom.
I also wish to practice with you how to work with body awareness and how to connect to your breath. Learning how to calm down your mind by focusing on your breathing is helping me to keep up the good vibes despite all challenges in the outside world.
My yoga sessions are suitable for all, beginners or experienced yogis who wish to try another style of practising yoga.

MORNING sessions – 40 min:

Friday, FEB 26: 08:15 – 08:55 CET
