Five films by EAVE graduates were awarded at the European Film Awards
- Veerle Baetens won European Actress for her role in: THE BROKEN CIRCLE BREAKDOWN by Felix van Groeningen, co-producer: EAVE 2008 graduate Celine Baggen
- The European Discovery prize (Fipresci Prize for Best First Film) was given to OH BOY by Jan Ole Gerster, producer: EAVE 2012 graduate Alexander Wadouh
- The Best European Animation Film Award went to THE CONGRESS by Ari Folman, producers: EAVE 2011 graduate David Grumbach and EAVE 1994 graduate and group leader Diana Elbaum
- EAVE 2010 project THE ACT OF KILLING by Joshua Oppenheimer, Christine Cynn, producers: EAVE 2010 graduate Signe Byrge Sørensen and EAVE 2011 graduate Anne Köhncke was awarded Best Documentary.
- DEATH OF A SHADOW by Tom Van Avermaet, producer: EAVE 2008 graduate Ellen De Waele won the EFA for Best Short Film

- TIR by Alberto Fasulo, co-producer: EAVE 2008 graduate Irena Markovic received a Special Mention by the Jury of EntreVues Belfort Film Festival.
- THE BROKEN CIRCLE BREAKDOWN by Felix van Groeningen, co-producer: EAVE 2008 graduate Celine Baggen scooped the LUX Prize, the award given out each year by the European Parliament in order to impulse cultural diversity and European debate through film.
- FILTH by Jon S. Baird, co-producer: EAVE 1995 graduate Jens Meurer and EAVE 1994 graduate and group leader Diana Elbaum won the Best Actor Award (James McAvoy) at the British Independent Film Awards BIFA.
- Chloe Pirrie was awarded Most Promising Newcomer for SHELL by Scott Graham, producer: EAVE 2003 graduate David Smith, co-produced by EAVE 2003 graduate Helge Albers.
- EAVE 2009 project PARADJANOV, produced and co-directed by EAVE 2009 graduate Olena Fetisova, co-produced by EAVE 2009 graduate Tinatin Kajrishvili received the Special Jury Prize of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
- The Best Director award went to AU REVOIR L’ÉTÉ by Koji Fukada, producer: EAVE TIES THAT BIND 2010 graduate Kiki Sugino.
- CIRCLES by Srdan Golubovic, co-producer: EAVE group leader Danijel Hocevar received a special mention.
Two of four Production Awards at this year’s TorinoFilmLab Meeting went to EAVE graduates:
- FREAKING by Julia Ducournau, producer: EAVE 2007 graduate and PUENTES Head of Studies Jean des Forêts
- NO ONE’S BOY by Fernando Guzzoni, producer: EAVE 1998 graduate Marianne Dumoulin
- The Audience Award of the TorinoFilmLab went to LILY AND THE DRAGONFLIES by René Guerra, producer: PUENTES 2012 graduate Juliana Vicente.
- EAVE 2011 graduate Enrica Capra won the Post-Production Award EP2C for the project WITHOUT THE IMPLANT by Giorgio Cugno.
- The Les Arcs Coproduction Village Prize went to DOGS by Bogdan Mirica, producer: EAVE 2008 graduate Marcela Ursu
- Veronika Jenet has won the editing award for feature films of the Filmstiftung NRW with:EAVE 2006 project LORE by Cate Shortland, producers: EAVE 2006 graduate Karsten Stöter and EAVE 2006 graduate Paul Welsh.
- CHILD’S POSE by Calin Peter Netzer, producers: EAVE 2007 graduate & Romanian National Coordinator Ada Solomon and EAVE 2011 graduate Oana Giurgiu won the the Grand Prix of the Belgrade Festival of Auteur Film
- Two best director awards went to AN EPISODE IN THE LIFE OF AN IRON PICKER by Danis Tanovic, producers: EAVE 2008 graduate and National Coordinator Bosnia and Herzegovina Amra Baksic-Camo and EAVE group leader Danijel Hocevar, and A STRANGER by Bobo Jelcic, producer: EAVE 2013 graduate Zdenka Gold
- A STREET IN PALERMO by Emma Dante, producers: Interchange 2010 graduate Marta Donzelli, EAVE 1991 graduate Andres Pfaeffli received a special mention
- the audience voted for PUENTES 2011 project GLORIA by Sebastián Lelio, co-producer EAVE PUENTES 2011 graduate Josefina Undurraga
- THE LUNCHBOX by Ritesh Batra, co-producer: EAVE 2006 graduate Karsten Stöter is the winner of the Muhr AsiaAfrica Award at the Dubai Film Festival. Best Actor was Irrfan Khan for his role in THE LUNCHBOX. Ritesh Batra also received a Special Mention.
- ADIOS CARMEN by Mohamed Amin Benamraoui, producer: EAVE 2004 graduate Geneviève De Bauw won a Special Mention at the Dubai International Film Festival.
- WHAT NOW? REMIND ME by Joaquim Pinto's, producer: EAVE 2005 graduate Isabel Machado received the Special Jury Award, Critics Award, the Audience Award, as well as the Film Societies Award at the Luso-Brasileiro de Santa Maria da Feira Festival
