IDM Film Commission
Ten new projects are to be financed by the IDM Film Commission Südtirol, following the second call of 2023. Among them:
- AXIS by Sven Bohse, producer: EAVE graduate Gian-Piero Ringel
- HAPPYLAND by Evi Romen, producer: EAVE+ graduate Alexander Dumreicher-Ivanceanu
- WOODWALKERS by Damian John Harper, co-producer: EAVE graduate and President Danny Krausz
- MODI by Johnny Depp, co-producer: EAVE graduate and Hungarian National Coordinator Viktoria Petranyi is in pre-production. The script written by Polish-born scriptwriter Jerzy Kromolowski together with Mary Kromolowski follows the artist Amedeo Modigliani during 48 hours in 1916 in Paris. Proton Cinema will handle the shooting in Hungary. The project’s producers are Barry Navidi through Harry Navidi Productions and Johnny Depp through the London-based IN.2.Films. The companies Infinitum Nihil, Salome Productions and The Veterans are also involved. The film will be shot in Budapest and Paris.
