press release

EAVE producers triumphed at the Venice Film Festival in 2023 by claiming a total of 7 main awards, including the Golden Lion for Best Film and the award for Best Film in the Orizzonti section.

What's more, an additional 18 collateral awards have been handed out, independently presented by associations of film critics, clubs and cultural associations, and cinema professionals.

A special mention deserves EL PARAISO by Enrico Maria Artale, a film developed in 2018 as part of EAVE's Latin American-European co-production workshop PUENTES. The film received the award for Best Actress and Best Screenplay in the Orizzonti section, and also won the ARCA CinemaGiovani Award.
