EAVE ImpAct session: Audiences: Profile your business targets and final viewers

- in partnership with Marché du Film

Alya Belgaroui-Degalet, Marketing Director at Pathé International (with former experience at mk2 and Goodfellas), and Sarah Calderón, CEO of The Film Agency, will present a comprehensive overview of their targeting and audience profiling techniques. Both promotion professionals co-direct the EAVE Marketing Workshop, where they emphasize the importance of a concrete targeting strategy before undertaking any promotion steps in the audiovisual industry. Alya will detail B2B targeting tools such as benchmarking, sales agent and distribution mapping, and a concrete list of marketing materials to prepare at the sales stage. Sarah, on her end, will present behavior-driven audience studies from various countries and offer tips and techniques to establish concrete and coherent B2C audience plans throughout the development, production, and launch processes.

After « Plan 75 » received the Camera d'Or Special Mention in Cannes, Chie Hayakawa returns with her second feature « Renoir ». This case study features the journey of its international co-producers, reflecting on the creative and logistical challenges of bringing the project to life. The session offers a candid look into the realities of co-producing across borders, exploring both the successes and the struggles behind the scenes.
