EAVE+ 16th Edition: Long-term strategies for future-proof film production companies

press release

The 16th edition of EAVE+ takes place from April 10 - 15, 2026 at Hotel Légère Premium in Luxembourg.

The workshop will gather 17 experienced producers from 11 countries to discuss the structure of their companies, best management practices and innovative business models, guided by a hand-picked selection of seasoned industry professionals.

In tailor-made sessions according to the participants’ individual needs and company profiles, EAVE+ will tackle the most pressing issues for producers who want to run a sustainable company, such as transformational processes in film companies, IP management, diversification, new business models and company constellations.

EAVE+ Head of Studies Jani Thiltges (Samsa Film, LU), will lead group discussions analysing in depth the individual company cases of the selected participants. The group work will be complemented by various sessions held by the EAVE+ pedagogical team and guest experts. Additionally, participants will be able to go into more detail into the topics which are most urgent and most important to them and to their particular companies, during one-to-one meetings with all the experts and with each other.

“This programme was instrumental in challenging not only our thinking but also our approach to how we go forward as partners and with the company. It involved very detailed and somewhat difficult conversations but we are now in a place to move forward and have a roadmap of how to get there.”

Reece Cargan, Randan Film and Television Productions, UK

“EAVE+ allowed me to talk freely about the challenges facing my company. I never felt judged, and I felt we all had common issues. I come home with a new energy, and a motivation to be a better producer. EAVE+ has given me the tools to do that."

Julie Groleau, Couronne Nord, Canada

EAVE+ takes place once a year in Luxembourg with different experts and curates the most urgent, contemporary topics for each session according to current industry needs.
