We are pleased to announce seven awards for EAVE producers at the Sundance Film Festival, including the World Cinema Documentary Grand Jury Prize for EAVE project TO HOLD A MOUNTAIN!

Congratulations to the producers, filmmakers, and film crews behind these outstanding achievements! Remarkably, EAVE producers took home an incredible 70% of all World Cinema awards.

 

World Cinema Documentary Grand Jury Prize

EAVE project TO HOLD A MOUNTAIN by Biljana Tutorov, Petar Glomazic, producers: EAVE graduates Biljana Tutorov, Anton Iffland Stettner, Eva Kuperman, executive producer: EAVE graduate Lucila Moctezuma

The Jury's Statement: "This visually and emotionally stunning film transported us to a remote mountain top and into the most intimate moments of a family fighting to protect not only their land, but their way of life. The truest example of the power of cinema to make the personal political."

Donate to the EAVE Alan Fountain International Scholarship Fund

A scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of Alan Fountain, former Head of Studies and President of EAVE, who passed away in 2016. Its goal is to enable one producer from outside the EU to participate in all three sessions of the EAVE Producers Workshop each year.
