EAVE graduates won four Oscars© at this years’s American Academy Awards:
- ROMA by Alfonso Cuaron, producer: PUENTES graduate Nicolas Celis Lopez, co-producer: EAVE graduate Sandino Saravia Vinay scooped Best Director and Best Cinematography as well as Best Foreign-language film
- THE FAVOURITE by Yorgos Lanthimos, producer: EAVE graduate Ed Guiney won Best Actress (Olivia Colman)
French Academy Awards / the Césars
- CUSTODY (JUSQU’A LA GARDE) by Xavier Legrand, producer: EAVE graduate Alexandre Gavras scooped four Césars at the French Academy Awards, including Best Film, Best Actress (Léa Drucker), Best Screenplay, and Best Editing
- LITTLE HANDS (LES PETITS MAINS) by Rémi Alliers, producer: EAVE graduate Benoit Roland won a César for Best Short Film

British Academy Film Awards
THE FAVOURITE and ROMA dominated the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs):
- THE FAVOURITE by Yorgos Lanthimos, producer: EAVE graduate Ed Guiney won seven awards, including Best British Film, Best Original Screenplay, Best Actress (Olivia Colman), Best Supporting Actress (Rachel Weisz), Best Make-up and Hair, Costume Design and Production Design
- ROMA by Alfonso Cuaron, producer: PUENTES graduate Nicolas Celis Lopez, co-producer: EAVE graduate Sandino Saravia Vinay picked up Best Film, adding to the Best Foreign Film, Best Director and Best Cinematography

EAVE graduates won six awards at the Sundance Film Festival:
- PUENTES project THE SHARKS by Lucia Garibaldi, producer: PUENTES graduate Pancho Magnou was awarded the Directing Award in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition
- MONOS by Alejandro Landes, producer: EAVE graduate and PUENTES Group Leader Fernando Epstein won the Special Jury Award in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition
- DOLCE FINE GIORNATA by Jacek Borcuch, producer: EAVE graduate Marta Habior, co-producer: PUENTES graduate Dimytr Solonko won the Special Jury Award for Acting (Krystyna Janda) in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition
