- DER STAAT GEGEN FRITZ BAUER by Lars Kraume, co-producer: EAVE graduate Ann Carolin Renninger wins big at the German Film Awards. The biopic was awarded Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Supporting Actor, Best Costume Design and Best Set Design.
- HEDI SCHNEIDER IS STUCK by Sonja Heiss, producer EAVE graduate Jonas Dornbach was awarded Best Supporting Actress.
- ABOVE AND BELOW by Nicolas Steiner, producer: EAVE graduate Helge Albers won Best Documentary.
- LES SAUTEURS (THOSE WHO JUMP) by Moritz Siebert, Estephan Wagner, Abou Bakar Sidibé, producer: EAVE graduate Signe Byrge Sørensen received an Honorable Mention in the VIKTOR DOK.horizonte section at the Dokfest München.
- The Bridging the Borders award for Best Feature Film at the South East European Film Festival, SEEfest went to A GOOD WIFE by Mirjana Karanovic producers: EAVE graduates Snežana Penev and Sinisa Juricic, which also won an award for Best First Film.
- BABAI by Visar Morina, producer: EAVE graduate Nicole Gerhards was awarded Best Cinematography
- TADMOR by Monika Borgmann and Lokman Slim, producer: EAVE graduate Philippe Avril was awarded Best Swiss Film at Visions du Réel, Nyon in April. The film also received a Honorable Mention by the jury.
- BABAI by Visar Morina, producer: EAVE graduate Nicole Gerhards and- BADEN BADEN by Rachel Lang, producer: EAVE graduate Valerie Bournonville ex aequo win Best Fiction Film Award in Crossing Europe Film Festival Linz.
- KORIDA by Sinisa Vidovic, producer: EAVE graduate Arash T. Riahi wins the Local Artist Award.
- KOZA (GOAT) by Ivan Ostrochovsky, producer: EAVE graduate Jiri Konecny won Best Cinematography and Best Sound at Slovakia’s national Sun in a Net film awards, organised by the Slovak Film and Television Academy.
- The Grand Prix of the Millennium Docs Against Gravity Film Festival went to UNDER THE SUN by Vitaly Mansky, producer: EAVE graduate Simone Baumann.
- LES SAUTEURS (THOSE WHO JUMP) by Moritz Siebert, Estephan Wagner, Abou Bakar Sidibé, producer: EAVE graduate Signe Byrge Sørensen was given the Amnesty International Award.
- ALOYS by Tobias Nölle, producers: EAVE+ graduate Christof Neracher and EAVE graduate Jean des Forêts wins the Best Music and Sound Award at the Filmkunstfest Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
- UNDER THE SUN by Vitaly Mansky, producer: EAVE graduate Simone Baumann won the Feodora Award for Best Director, the Federation of Film Critics of Europe and the Mediterranean at the Docaviv Tel Aviv International Documentary Film Festival.
- LES SAUTEURS (THOSE WHO JUMP) by Moritz Siebert, Estephan Wagner, Abou Bakar Sidibé, producer: EAVE graduate Signe Byrge Sørensen wins the Jury's Second Prize at DocumentaMadrid.
