Applicant Profile and Selection Criteria

Applicants from Europe and the rest of the world

EAVE+ is especially designed for professionals wishing to explore new company structures, business miodels and expand their leadership skills

Applications for EAVE+ 2024 are open for independent producers with a solid track record and international experience from Europe and the rest of the world, sales agents and distributors.

According to the amount of available seats for EAVE+, the selection of the candidates is based on the application file submitted by each applicant according to the form provided. EAVE evaluates the professional background of the applicant and their company’s track record.

Applying producers should have been running their own company for five to ten years+ and/or have worked at least five years+ at senior management level in another company. We strongly recommend that two individuals at senior management level attend from each company.

Priority is given to applicants working within independent and/or small and medium sized companies.

We strongly recommend that two individuals at senior management level attend from each company.

We aim to be transparent and unbiased in our selection process. EAVE is keen to ensure the widest possible participation in our programmes and has a strong focus on securing as diverse a selection of people and projects as possible.  Diversity is viewed as a primary focus, not only with regards to nationality, geographic spread, race, age and gender, but also type of projects, experience and background. Our experience is, that the richer the pool of people and companies, the richer the overall experience of the participants and the more dynamic the groups, the mutual learning exchange and inspiration.

The selection is overseen by EAVE+ Head of Studies Jani Thiltges in conjunction with EAVE’s CEO. Members of the Workshop’s Pedagogical Team and the EAVE National Coordinators might also be consulted for advice on the selection. The final selection decision will be taken 4 weeks before the training and is commented upon and approved by the EAVE board.
