Membership Fees

Amounts include accommodation in the workshop hotel & full board subsistence for the duration of the workshop as well as administrative and management costs. Amounts do not include travel costs. Travel arrangements have to be made and paid for by the participant.

The membership fee is payable after successful selection, immediately upon receipt of an invoice issued by EAVE and in any case by March. This document is not contractual.

Membership fee:

The participation fee is EUR 1.800,-

For graduates of other EAVE programmes: EUR 1.500,-

Scholarships:

EAVE allocates a limited number of scholarships covering the participation fee (incl. accommodation). Priority is given to candidates from low production capacity countries as defined by Creative Europe: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tunisia, Ukraine.

EAVE encourages participants to first apply for financial support / scholarship to their regional/national authorities!
