Producing independent films today: creativity is required!

In the context of an industry with fast changing rules, Lucie Kalmar (Festival Scope, Mômerade, after a 7-year experience at Wild Bunch) and Jean des Forêts (Petit Film, formerly at Les Films du Requin), who spent the first ten years of their professional career working on films they love, will share ideas on how to continue to do so.

The workshop will include a case study of a micro-budget independent American film: ‘Putty Hill’, produced, promoted and sold from Paris by Jordan Mintzer.

Panelists : Lucie Kalmar (Mômerade/Festival Scope), Jean des Forêts (Petit Film) & Jordan Mintzer

Tuesday, July 5 from 5 to 7Pm / BnF - Site François Mitterand (Petit Auditorium)
