An intensive four day workshop event for independent producers with a solid track record and international experience reinforcing their managerial and financial capacity to compete successfully in European and global markets and to run sustainable companies.

September 6-10, 2017 in LUXEMBOURG

The seventh edition of EAVE+ comes with a new hands-on format.

Apply now for the next edition of EAVE+! 15 producers gather during 4 days to discuss their company structures, management practices and new business models together with high-profile industry experts.

In immersive role-plays, group work, individual coaching and through an interdisciplinary approach, the EAVE+ workshop will tackle the business side of running a film company.

Top-notch business and management coaches will explore topics such as cashflow management, leadership, company strategies, negotiation with financiers and partners, distribution models and revenue streams, and raising finance from investors.

EAVE+ will take place during September 6-10, 2017 at the Légère Hotel in Luxembourg.

« EAVE+ is the right place to take a step back, breathe and find your focus back. This is essential to manage your company and creativity. »

Peter De Maegd / Potemkino, Belgium / EAVE+ 2016

Applications are open for independent producers with a solid track record and international experience from Europe and the rest of the world until June 2, 2017.

Led by EAVE Head of Studies Jani Thiltges (Samsa Film, LU), the workshop will tackle topics such as: How to grow as a company? How to reinvent yourself after failure? How to sustain a viable business? What kind of manager am I? What is the future of film finance? Where are we heading with VoD? What can we learn from the US indies? How to achieve a better life work balance?

Among the experts for this session will be EAVE consultant Linda Beath, who will take the EAVE+ participants to the next level of company management: how to hire and fire, cashflow management, how to structure your business and other burning management issues, as well as Agat Films & Ex Nihilo CFO Marc Bordure.

EAVE management coach Michael Comyn (The Fearless Organisation IE) who will work on the individual leadership qualities and resilience in private coaching sessions.

Thanks to the involvement of SeriesImpact®, an innovative and digitally enhanced teaching method trusted by the INSEAD Business school, one module will be dedicated to immersive role-plays based on a digital tool specifically adapted to the needs of the participants, their company structures and business context.

« EAVE+ gives the opportunity to step back on our way of managing a film industry company... in which we actually never have the time to do it. »
