SAVE THE DATE!

EAVE session: AI Playbook 101: Everyday Tools for the Independent Producer

on Saturday, February 15th, at 15:30, Gropius Bau, second floor

Speaker: EAVE graduate and group leader Joanna Szymańska

Joanna explores her evolving relationship with AI tools, moving beyond the usual buzzwords like “optimization” and “efficiency.” Through personal experiences and real-world examples, she’ll dive into practical uses of AI for independent producers—from drafting emails and synthesising research to analysing scripts and brainstorming audience design ideas. The session will also touch on how AI can unlock human creativity and how producers can keep up (or at least not fall too far behind) in this rapidly changing technological landscape.

Morning Kick-Off: Producers' Breakfast Club

on Saturday, February 15th, 09:00 – 10:00, Innovation & Producers Café at Gropius Bau

The EFM, ACE Producers and EAVE invite you to kickstart your day at the Producers and Innovation Café, a refreshing and energising space where industry professionals come together to share insights, spark creativity, and build meaningful connections. Dive into an informal “meet & mingle” where producers and innovators from diverse backgrounds come together to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore new opportunities for collaboration. With a coffee in hand and a pastry to enjoy, you’ll have the chance to network in a relaxed and open environment, perfect for forging new relationships and re-energising existing ones. Join us to fuel your creativity, connect with industry leaders, and start your day on a high note!

Donate to the EAVE Alan Fountain International Scholarship Fund

A scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of Alan Fountain, former Head of Studies and President of EAVE, who passed away in 2016. Its goal is to enable one producer from outside the EU to participate in all three sessions of the EAVE Producers Workshop each year.
