Biography

Lena, born in Austria, studied in Brazil and Italy (Bachelor of Philosophy). Master of Arts in "Production" at Vienna Film Academy where she produced many award-winning short films. She worked as a freelance production manager and producer for cinema and TV for many years. In 2017 Lena set up her production company Glitter & Doom based in Vienna, joined by Eugen Klim in 2021. They have produced a feature documentary, a mini-series and a psychological horror film. There are several projects for cinema and TV/streaming in production and development. She is an alumni of EAVE Producers Workshop, Eurodoc, SeriesWomen, CineLink Sarajevo and others. Lena is active in film politics and advocates for young producers, women in film and sustainability in film.
