Biography

Katrine’s key qualifications are as follows: Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property Law. Katrine works as a production lawyer for Danish and Scandinavian film and television production companies assisting them in the drafting of option agreements, scriptwriter’s agreements, director’s agreements, actors’ agreements, co-production agreements, financing agreements, production service agreements etc. In addition hereto Katrine works for an international bank, which provides bridge financing to Scandinavian production companies in order to secure the cash flow of a given production. Katrine teaches the producer students in legal aspects in connection with co-production agreements at the National Film School of Denmark. Over the past years Katrine has among others worked on the following film and TV productions: “Valhalla”, “Winter Brothers”, “The Kindness Of Strangers”, “Distant Sound Of Barking Dogs”, “Ser Du Månen, Daniel”.

Donate to the EAVE Alan Fountain International Scholarship Fund

A scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of Alan Fountain, former Head of Studies and President of EAVE, who passed away in 2016. Its goal is to enable one producer from outside the EU to participate in all three sessions of the EAVE Producers Workshop each year.
