Biography

URSULA WOLSCHLAGER has worked as producer, line producer and script consultant since 1994 and has been responsible for a multitude of national productions and international co-productions shot in Austria, Russia, USA, Tajikistan, Niger, and other countries. She has worked with various directors, such as Michael Glawogger, Nathalie Borgers, Christian Frosch, Bakhtiar Khodoynazarov, and Barbara Albert. In 2008, she founded her own company WITCRAFT, where she developed and coproduced (among others) THE FATHERLESS by Marie Kreutzer, which premiered at the Berlinale 2011. As a screenwriter, Ursula was awarded the Carl Mayer New Talent Prize.

Donate to the EAVE Alan Fountain International Scholarship Fund

A scholarship has been set up to honour the memory of Alan Fountain, former Head of Studies and President of EAVE, who passed away in 2016. Its goal is to enable one producer from outside the EU to participate in all three sessions of the EAVE Producers Workshop each year.
