EAVE and TTB session at Explorer Konferenz: Co-Producing With Asia’s Growing Markets
October 1, 2026
Asia’s film markets, from Korea and Japan to China, Indonesia, Vietnam and beyond, are developing fast, each with distinct funding, regulation and audiences. On this panel, Lorna Tee and Vincent WANG discuss with EAVE graduate Heejung Oh about what collaboration with the Asian industry looks like today: where co-production treaties are missing, and what’s needed for Asia-Europe partnerships to work at scale. The panelists discuss treaties, obstacles and real openings.
