‘From Stories to Screen’ Distributors-Producers Working Session at Venice Production Bridge 2025

EAVE. ACE Producers, and European Producers Club collaborated with Europa Distribution, the international association of independent film publishers and distributors, to organise a working session dedicated to producers and distributors, in the scope of the Venice Production Bridge.
The aim was to connect independent film producers and distributors with the goal of streamlining workflow from creation to audiences. For this edition again, discussions will focus on improving interactions and sharing best practices between distributors and producers and allow for the development of new connections and constructive dialogue between the two sectors.
Thirty distributors, members of Europa Distribution, alongside thirty producers, members of EAVE, EPC and ACE Producers, took part in the brainstorming session to discuss shared interests and challenges spanning the entire lifecycle of a film and foster collaboration. The exchange provided both groups with a chance to better understand the needs and limitations of the other, creating a better understanding of the work done by each.
