Participation fees & Conditions
The fee includes the tuition costs, accommodation and subsistence costs during the workshop stay; please note that flights are at participants’ own expenses.
- Participants focusing on project development: 600 Euro*
- Participants focusing on career development: 400 Euro
*Participants focusing on project development will have the possibility to attend the workshop with the project director. In this case, the participation fee for directors is 200 Euro and includes tuition and subsistence costs during the workshop stay; please note that flights and accommodation are at directors’ expenses.
A limited number of partial travel scholarships are available in specific cases*.

* for European applicants: priority given to applicants from the LCC group B countries, as defined by Creative Europe (Albania; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Cyprus; Hungary; Latvia; Lithuania; Luxembourg; Malta; Slovakia; Slovenia. The following third countries would also be considered within Group B, subject to the conditions being fulfilled for their participation in the MEDIA strand: Georgia, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Ukraine) or countries from a country not providing scholarships for this kind of training or participants in any other proven situation of need for financial support
