EAVE+ will take place during April 4-8, 2018 at the Légère Hotel in Luxembourg.
«EAVE+ is THE workshop for you when you feel that your production company needs an upgrade.»
Francine Lusser, Tipi’mages Productions, Switzerland, EAVE+ 2017
Applications are open for independent producers with a solid track record and international experience from Europe and the rest of the world until February 2, 2018.
Led by EAVE Head of Studies Jani Thiltges (Samsa Film, LU), the workshop will tackle topics such as: How to grow as a company? How to reinvent yourself after failure? How to sustain a viable business? What kind of manager am I? What is the future of film finance? Where are we heading with VoD? How to achieve a better life work balance?
Among the experts for this session will be EAVE consultant Linda Beath, who will take the EAVE+ participants to the next level of company management: how to hire and fire, cashflow management, how to structure your business and other burning management issues.
EAVE management coach Michael Comyn (The Fearless Organisation IE) who will work on the individual leadership qualities and resilience in private coaching sessions.
