The EAVE Marketing Workshop takes place in Luxembourg, at the Novotel Luxembourg Centre from November 15-19, 2017, in partnership with Film Fund Luxembourg.
We have selected 30 producers and industry professionals from 20 different countries and 12 selected projects in different stages of development for the upcoming edition (find the full list of participants below).
Heads of Study Alya Belgaroui-Degalet (Wild Bunch, FR) and Sarah Calderon (The Film Agency, ES), and contributors Michael Arnon (Wolf Consultants, DE), Sally Hodgson (PIPOCA, UK) Boris Pugnet (Turn Right, FR) and Paul Tyler (Handling Ideas, DK) will work with the participants on their projects in group work and share their insider knowledge and expertise.
Blending group work and practical exercises, case studies and examples of innovative marketing strategies of latest films, the workshop will cover introduction to SWOT, benchmarking, targeting and positioning, hands-on tips and tools for international sales strategies and materials, distribution strategies and materials, classic PR and digital media, grassroots and alternative marketing and motivating audience.
All these aspects are analysed through and applied to the concrete examples of the participants' projects and using the latest design thinking tools.
EAVE, in co-operation with the Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Luxembourg, also offers the participants of the workshop a possibility to build connections to the local film professionals in Luxembourg during a special networking event.
EAVE expresses special gratitude for the support of EAVE Marketing Workshop to: Film Fund Luxembourg, Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Luxembourg and Hotel Novotel Luxembourg Centre.
