Biography

ANA FERNANDEZ SAIZ (PRODUCER) Currently working in Business Development for BBC. And as Professor in European School of Economics, teaching Film Business and Management. As an independent producer I focus in development, production and sales. I have collaborated in the organization of the co production Market at the International Film Festival in Mannheim, Germany (IFFMH). Also as a Sales Coordinator for the International Sales Agency Cinema Republic. And as a Festivals and Makerting Coordinator for Taskovski Films. In 2012 graduated from the “European Master in Audiovisual Management” (MEGA PLUS) and the “Latin America Producers Workshop” (EAVE). In 2010 finalized the post graduated course “Specialist in Cinematographic Project Development” (Valencian International University); and the Master in “Film, TV and Interactive Media” (Rey Juan Carlos University). In 2009 finalize the MBA in “Audiovisual Business” (Carlos III University). I also hold a Technicature in “Audiovisual Media” (Cordoba\'s National University), Argentina. As a Trainee I worked on the International Distribution Department at Warner Bros. Spain and as a Project Analyst in Antena 3 for the TV Fiction and Film Departments. The projects I developed have participated in: MoreliaLab, MiradasDoc, European Documentary Network, Ibermedia, Netherlands Production Platform, EAVE workshops and Mannheim Meeting Place.
